Came to visit my hometown for a funeral and requested to add open days to reservation and was given a higher price than on site. House is very nice for the area it is in, but the rules were very restrictive. No extra people over, only one car in driveway, no gatherings or parties… with numerous family members traveling to El Paso for the funeral, being allowed a few visitors or guests to visit with, would have been nice. It would have been nice if it could have been more welcoming and inviting. The back patio is pretty, but why would you have 4 good sized picnic tables if only max 10 guests can be there?

Clean. Seemed newly remodeled. Loved the picnic tables in the backyard to play games. Big screen TV in all 4 bedrooms. Only developmental feedback was not having a dishwasher and no plugs in the bathrooms.

Great house and conveniently located

The house is very comfortable and very clean. The owner responded to our questions immediately. The house was perfect for our family of four. Please note that there is no bath soap, shampoo or conditioner at the house and there is no dishwasher. The property listing is accurate; we just did not note these things when we rented the house. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband, 2 teenagers and I stayed here while visiting family closeby for a weekend. It was clean, comfortable and spacious. It had everything we needed. I wish it would have been warmer weather to enjoy the back porch. Maybe next time!

We wanted a place that was close to Carlsbad caverns and the white sand dunes national park. This place was a great anchor for the family. Plenty of room for 7 adults and one teenager. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils.

Perfect location in El Paso

The rental was a perfect place for our family! The house was just as described, beautifully kept and clean. The location is very convenient with restaurants, grocery stores and mall very close by. Very prompt communication from the owner when it comes to messages with any questions. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit El Paso in the future.
