Imago was wonderful. The staff were highly professional and well informed. They helped and offered their services freely. Loved Ramiro who gave me important tips like which side of your bus to sit on to get best views. The pool and spa were so necessary after long hikes to ease tired muscles to do more. A gift. Interior of the property is good. Breakfast coffee was terrible. No parking lot. Far away from town. It offered shuttle service. The hotel mandated to use their exchange rate in favor to them that they can charge more. We can't pay with their currency even we have their custom tourist document. Other hotel allowed us to pay in local currency without threaten us to pay taxes.

Very disappointed in front desk as policies. 1) they would not change less than $50 and it was my last day in Argentina and just needed tip money for their employees 2) exchange rate was a rip off - 750 vs 1000 at our last hotel 3) gave us wrong opening time of glacier museum which we based our day on 4)no free bottled water in the room
