* **No Parties or Events:** We maintain a peaceful environment for all residents. Parties are strictly prohibited.
* **Occupancy:** The number of guests must match your booking details at all times. Any additional guests not disclosed in the reservation will result in extra charges.

**Security & Safety**
* **Exterior Monitoring:** For your safety and the security of the property, active security cameras are located on the **front and back** of the home.
* **Violation Policy:** Any violation of the `No Party` policy or tampering with security cameras will result in an immediate shutdown of the stay without a refund and a **$500 fine**.

**Guest Verification Process**
To ensure the safety of our home and our community, we require the following after booking:

2. **Rental Agreement:** A digital rental agreement must be signed.
3. **Security Deposit:** $500 refundable damage deposit hold** is required. This hold is released following a successful checkout inspection, provided no damages or rule violations occurred.
