We are always available via Airbnb message, text, or phone call and have a great local team nearby to assist in the case of emergencies.

✦ EXTRA GUEST FEES ✦
A fee of $15 per guest per day applies beyond 2 guests. This helps cover the added costs of utilities, supplies, and cleaning to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone. Please make sure your guest count is accurate when booking to avoid any adjustments later on.

✦ EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT FEES ✦
Our check-in and check-out times are firm to allow for a thorough cleaning, but we can offer up to 1 hour of flexibility if needed. A fee of $10 (or $20 for both early check-in and late check-out) will apply. If this is something you require, please let us know 48 hours in advance so we can confirm availability with our cleaning team.

✦ LOST KEYS ✦
If keys or fobs are lost, stolen, or temporarily misplaced and we need to provide access to the unit, a $100 lockout fee will apply. If replacements are also required, an additional $100 replacement fee will be charged, for a total of $200.

Please remember that this is our home, not a hotel, so we kindly ask that you treat it with respect. If any issues arise during your stay, we'll do our best to address them as quickly as possible — please note that no one lives on-site 24/7.
