The apartment itself was really good. Very clean and spacious living area. Bedrooms were both big and comfortable. Only issue with the bathroom is the shower is a phone booth which I don’t like but it worked fine for the week we were there. The only real potential issue with the place is there is another unit rental above and you could hear footsteps and other noise from above. Luckily the people above us while we were there were pretty quiet. Depending who is up there I could see it being an issue especially if your sleep schedules don’t match. The place is nice though and we enjoyed our stay.

Great place poor management
Place was great, location was also great but house rules and management was ridiculous! I host guests on a different platform and couldn't understand the house rules for a weekend stay.Management at first seemed understanding but was poor in the end, If you can get around Pear then place is great!
