There was a stench in the room. The smell was so bed, i could not sleep well, the charges are so high, and compared to it, overall hotel experience is too bad in terms of room very old, stench, and everything you can complain of. Think before you book.

The door to the rear parking lot was terrible and the hallway was jambed up at the elevator with cleaning carts. For the money we paid breakfast should hav e been included. we indicated four guests for our room on reservation but only three sets of towels supplied room thermostat was not responsive to a temp change we set to 23 but stayed at 21

Bathroom was run down and dirty. Paint peeling around mirror, dirty spots on door and wall, one lightbulb out above mirror, grime/mold in the corners, broken stopper in tub, and to top it off, NO HOT WATER in the morning... none. Mentioned it to the staff at checkout and they couldn't seem to care at all. Plenty of other places to stay in Golden. Thought the Prestige would be top notch but i was wrong.

This hotel was average. The pool area was nice and bright. Nice to have a restaurant on site (Ricky’s) Laundry (clean) was right by the elevator and just overflowing in bins and the door to the laundry room open.

Our room was great. Went for dinner at the lounge and the poor server was ran off his feet as he was the only server and the restaurant was packed as well as the lounge. Food was good and the server did his very best to get to everyone.

The property was smaller than the photos looked like. The shower was incredibly small. The refrigerator was still on a styrofoam box… like it wasn’t fully installed. You may want to take out the “new” in your add…. It didn’t seem newly refurbished or what ever it said. The views were amazing and the parking was easy. It was close to Banff which was our main reason for coming.
