Had a great stay. The clerk who checked me in was very nice and super efficient. Later I immediately locked myself out of my room and the other clerk asked me a few identifying questions and then let me back into my room. They were both very nice.

Our room was clean, spacious with comfortable beds. Nicole, the breakfast waitress is terrific! Lobby is welcoming and breakfast was very good. Other than the carpeting in the hallway and stairs (worn through) the facility is in good shape.

We love to visit Cape Cod in the off season. This hotel offers wonderful amenities, including an indoor pool and full service restaurant. It’s our favorite place to stay for a late fall, winter or early spring getaway! All of the in season amenities without the traffic! ♥️

I stayed here for an overnight visit, planning to eat dinner on site. Although Expedia and Sheraton sites state that there is a restaurant, and/or bar with lite fare, they have not had a bar or restaurant for several years. There is a hot breakfast available, however, with additional fee. There is an indoor swimming pool, not lifeguarded, until 9 PM.

We were awakened at 9:13 AM by housekeeping asking when we would be checking out. We were told check out was at 11 and the sign on the back of the door said 12p. Very dissatisfied by this experience.
