Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was nice and warm with great pressure. I didn't swim in the pool but it looked clean. Only complaint was my fridge didn't work, but it wasn't a real issue for me.

2nd time here was fine, no prob. Nice pool Quiet Clean and plenty of hot H2O. We enjoyed our stay (again)

What happen to this hotel.

We have been going to this hotel for 10 years and in the last 4 years it has gone down hill. This year was the worst. To many things to even write. It is bad when your down there and your looking for a different hotel for next year. Last year I said we were not going back but decided to give it one more try, bad idea and it's not like the price is cheap.

Less 5 min to the beach,food&gas

I will be returning to this hotel! Perfect spot to travel the cape.resturant on property, over was awesome for me!

Over priced and run down

The air conditioner smelled so bad we had to sleep with the windows open. The bath tub was peeling and the shower rod corroded. Ice machine was a 100 yard walk across the inner yard of moss covered ground followed by 100 ft walk past room fronts.

Nothing outstanding...

Pros: Free Internet
Cons: no plugs, paper thin walls
We arrived shortly after check-in time. The woman working the front desk was on the phone talking with another customer. It was about a minute or so before she helped me. I didn't like the fact that my name and credit card info was on my slip in a pile of other reservations - for anyone working there to see. The living quarters is part of their office and the unmade bed and other clutter could have been hidden by closing the door. The room itself was clean and there wasn't an overpowering smell of must or staleness. The biggest downfall with the room was the lack of plugs. We were able to get a power strip from the office. Their claim of having the fastest internet in the area was farfetched, It gave us a connection but it wasn't super fast. In rooms where beds from adjacent units share a wall - like ours - you can hear everything...we could clearly hear the people in the next room talking. So, some soundproofing would be a good idea. The bathroom was clean and there were an ample supply of towels and washcloths. The door to the bathroom didn't completely close however. The staff was pleasant for the most part. We plan on going to the Cape again but we'll stay at a location closer to water. The bathroom door didn't shut completely. There were an ample supply of towels and washcloths.
