Podrá disfrutar completamente de su estancia en esta hermosa y antigua casa de bacalao, situada en un hermoso terreno con césped en un camino privado de Eastham. Esta casa tiene 3 dormitorios: el dormitorio principal tiene una cama de matrimonio y un pequeño baño privado. Una de las habitaciones alternativas también tiene una cama de matrimonio, mientras que la otra es una cama doble estándar.

Phenomenal Experience!

Karen was an incredible host with an incredible home on the cape. I was constantly shocked at how quiet and serene the property was despite being so close to the major roadway connecting all of upper Cape Cod. The house was perfect for what we needed it for and the kitchen was incredible well stocked for all cooking that we did. Highly recommend this poetry for a summer getaway on beautiful cape cod.

North Eastham home has everything you need!

We had a fabulous week at the Cape! Lots of swimming at Wiley Park, exploring nature at First Encounter Beach & an amazing whale watch out of Ptown! Our grandsons (ages 6 & 9) loved feeding the chickens & were thrilled to see a blue one! Sitting out front with coffee in the mornings was great! The boys loved the hammock & playing in the spacious front yard. We had a few minor issues & Karen responded immediately & got everything functioning properly. Such a delightful woman! The book collection, children's books & games and art supplies are fantastic! The kids also loved the "Crew's Quarters" with the bunk beds with book lights! Having two bathrooms & the outside shower were great! Loved that the sheets were already on the beds so we could get right to vacationing! The house is well-appointed with everything you might need! The only drawback was that the cleaners didn't have time to finish before we were to enter. We had thought there was a hot tub from the VRBO online listing, but there wasn't one, so the listing should be corrected. A great vacation home!

Excellent Trip

Great place to stay. Lots of room and close drive to beaches and everywhere on the Cape. Property manager was great to deal with and answered all questions promptly. Great space to relax in as well with lots of room. Highly recommend.

Great Property. Great Host.

Beautiful home located near the rail trail. Everything we wanted was there - it is a fully stocked home. Karen is great. The chickens are adorable! The hammock was my favorite spot in the yard.

Wonderful home with all the amenities.

Home had everything you would need for a relaxing vacation. Location was very convenient to both the bay and ocean side with many restaurants nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed the buck a shuck oysters at Carolines for happy hour.

Close to everything

Our family enjoyed our stay at high tide. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything the cape has to offer. My children enjoyed the spacious front yard, quiet cul de sac and chickens.

Very Nice

Family reunion and vacation

The house and property were beautiful, so comfortable with all the amenities we needed! It was conveniently located close to the National Seashore beaches and community beaches, and since we rented bikes for the week we were able to bike to each shoreline, not to mention riding along the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Karen is an excellent host, very responsive and informative. I would this all over again in a second! Thank you Karen for sharing your home with us!!

Perfect stay

We had a great stay at “High Tide”. The owner provided perfect communications before and during our stay. The home and property are lovely, set back from the main highway and provided a quiet respite during our breaks from beach-time. Everything we needed was available. Great Stay!

Karen was a wonderful and responsive host whenever we had a question. The house is adorable, clean, and was perfect for our needs. Only a few minutes’ drive from several beaches and only a half hour from Ptown. Beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys available. We had a little one, so being able to relax in the AC and take a break from the heat was a life saver. My son was obsessed with the Lincoln logs! We also had to unexpectedly leave early due to our son being sick and Karen was very flexible with allowing our in-laws to stay at the house for the remainder of the stay. Thank you Karen!

We loved the “Chicken House”!

Great house for a family with young children. We have a 1 and 3 year old and having it only be one floor with no stairs was very helpful. We had to do minimal baby proofing. The chickens were a huge hit with our 3 year old. The house has everything you need and is located near so many great beaches, beautiful trials, and cute towns. The host, Karen, was very kind and welcoming as well. Highly recommend!

Lovely cape ranch near bay

We had a fantastic time at High Tide. Amazing location and value, <5 minute drive to beautiful bay beaches and the National Seashore. The beds were incredibly comfortable, had everything we would've needed in the kitchen to cook. Karen was a very responsive host. Would absolutely stay again.

Another great stay at High Tide!

Our family loves this place! The proximity to all the local beaches and restaurants is perfect, and my kids could watch the chickens in the backyard all day. The cottage is well stocked with everything we needed, and the outdoor shower and hammock are perfect for R&R after a long beach day! Hope to be back next summer!

THIS is real Cape Cod!

This was one of the best vacations we've had in years! The property and the host are top notch. We cannot say enough and will absolutely be back. A wonderfully quiet and peaceful spot with easy access to restaurants and beaches. If you want to get away to Cape Cod. This is your spot!!

Fabulous property

We have stayed at other places that were not at advertised, but that was not true here! Hosts were responsive, the property had real kitchen items which made cooking easy, grounds were well kept, and it was easy to get to beaches and donuts. Enjoy your stay.

Comfortable Stay

We enjoyed our time in Eastham - close proximity to Wellfleet and Eastham beaches. House is on a quiet street and was well kept. Only wish was for the outdoor seating arrangements / grill to be closer to the house and brighter in the evenings. Thanks for sharing your house!

The property and home were even nicer than the photos suggested.

We had a wonderful time. High tide was lovely, warm and welcoming. Very homey and comfortable. We also enjoyed visiting the chickens daily, as well as relaxing on the quiet cul de sac property with a glass of wine and a book. Would highly recommend.

Charming beach/farm house

Our family of five was delighted to find this house. The house was even better than the photos! Several outstanding beaches were a short five-minute drive away, and we enjoyed the large front yard (great space for breakfast and dinners) and the small backyard farm with a dozen hens. The bathrooms were renovated nicely, and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped. The host was very accommodating, and even mailed us some clothes we left behind without charging us. Very generous and helpful.
