Our room had a smell and I noticed in the bathroom on the wallpaper around the toilet were smudges of a dark color. I also noticed the front of the sink counter had remnants of toothpaste. The coffee maker tray was full of crumbs and the freezer had what appeared to be small pieces of pubic. ir.

After paying 300 dollars for one night i had to pay a $100 once i got there for a deposit that no one told me and it hurt my dinning budget and then the kids running up and down the hallway yelling all night at one time we camenout of our room and the hallway smelled of weed really badly

There was garbage left in the hallway that housekeeping never picked up for the two nights we stayed there. Housekeeping also banged on our door, waking up my daughter in the morning before we had checked out. I’m not sure why they were banging on our door wrote check out time. There are lots of dirty, wet towels in the sink in the restroom for the gym that I had to remove so that I could wash my hands.

We had a last minute trip due to a death in the family. We always choose best western in Okemos. Everything was great, the room could have been cleaner and Kleenex could have been restocked. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Room was clean except behind some of the furniture- the only reason I saw was because a lamp wouldn’t turn on and I was checking to see if it was plugged in but turned out it didn’t have a bulb. Had a hard time figuring timelines for things, even on the website didn’t show specific information, otherwise, overall it was easy and nice.
