Luxury Ski In/Out townhome on Creek - Views - Private Hot Tub

Our 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 1,800 square foot ski-in/ski-out townhome (end unit) is everything you would expect from a luxury townhome. The townhome (Unit 4) features a main living space with a deck (gas grill) & great views & since its the end unit, it is the closet Alpenglow townhome to the slopes. Each bedroom has a TV along with the TV in the Main Living Space.

The gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances includes a bar with seating and opens to the great room and dining area, giving you plenty of space to relax and gather with family and friends. There are 2 ski lifts within immediate walking distance from the front door of the townhome and access to the Nordic ski-area is also conveniently nearby. Hiking trails abound in the millions of acres of the pristine San Juan National Forest. Explore mountain biking, backpacking, fly-fishing, hiking, four-wheeling, and nearly every other imaginable high alpine recreational pursuit directly out the front door. Enjoy views of the incomparable Needles Mountain range from the spacious decks as you plan your adventures or simply take another sip of coffee.

Master - King with TV and Ensuite Bath(2nd floor - same level as main living space)
2nd Bedroom - Queen with TV and Ensuite Bath (Bottom floor)
3rd Bedroom - Bunk Bed (Single over Double) and Single Trundle Bed with TV and Ensuite Bath(Bottom Floor)

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. For an additional (and optional) 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

We had a great stay in this townhouse with two families and a dog in the beginning of August. The views of the mountains were beautiful and proximity to Durango and Silverton was perfect. Being so close to Purgatory Resort allowed us to use the amenities and enjoy all the summer activities on the mountain. The house had everything you needed and was very cozy!

House is perfect for our family of 5. Ski in/ski out location is very convenient. Kitchen has everything you need for preparing lunches and dinner each day. The grill on the deck worked well for steaks one night. Hot tub is a nice perk. Only complaints. 1.Had some minor issues with the fireplaces. They need new remotes. 2. Some sort of connection issue with the TV/Netflix in the master bedroom. We notified the property manager multiple times. They right away but no one ever fixed it. bedroom.

We love staying here! This was our second time here in the last few years. Great location. There is everything you need for a great ski vacation. I might recommend a little kitchen supply refresh, as well as a bedding refresh. Sheets and pillow cases were clean and just fine but the comforters and shams are showing signs of wear. These are such minor issues though and not ones that made any difference in how much we enjoy staying here. Communication and friendliness of the property managers were incredible as well.

This property was great. The location is amazing, and the layout of the unit worked perfectly for our family. My only suggestion is that it needs some new pans and cookie sheets in the kitchen. Other than that, everything worked well for us.

Great location to easily access the lifts and resort. We like that it was an end unit, felt more open in the parking area. Management was very easy to get in touch with. Check in and out was very easy. Only suggestion would be to replace the full mattress in the downstairs bedroom. Overall amazing experience and we will be back! Thanks for sharing your home!

The best place to stay!!

We had the best experience here! The home was clean and ready when we arrived, and necessities were stocked. This unit is the corner unit and you are at the base of the mountain. We loved being just steps away from the bunny slope, the lifts and the tubing hill! Seriously so convenient, especially since we were traveling with 4 kids. The view was amazing. We had a blast and we will for sure be coming back to this place!

Overall this location was great and had everything we needed plus so much more!

Our stay was great! The size and location was perfect for our family of 8 vacation! The hot tub was an added hit for the kids and parents alike. The fresh air of the mountains was refreshing even in August. The resort amenities and activities were fun but everything has additional fees. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great location just outside of Durango with gorgeous views and activities!!! The management company was very easy to deal with as well.

Our family of 6 had a wonderful week at this property. The house was very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the private hot tub and the grill on the deck. The views were amazing! The location is ideal and central to both Durango and Silverton, and there are many hiking trails within walking distance or just a short drive.

Amazing!! This was our 19th anniversary and we were looking for something special. We use VRBO a lot. This property met all our expectations and some. Great ski in/ski out location!

Perfect location with no hassle carrying skis and gear.m, just pop on your skis and ski down to lift. Very clean! There was plenty of room and beautiful views of the mountains. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect ski in ski out location.

The property was perfect location on the mountain for ski in and ski out. Right by the bunny hill, you can walk to it. And the bunny hill lift will take you to the main lodge and lift as well so great location for advanced skiers going on the mountain too. Had everything we needed for cooking most nights and they sent recommendations for eating out, which was helpful. Durango is about 30 min away but still convenient. Highly recommend the hot springs! They have a heated pool too the kids loved to swim in during our March winter stay. Reallllly enjoyed that. We had 6 adults and 4 kids staying. A little tight but didn’t feel too small at all. The master bedroom is amazing!! Could put down a blow up for kids if you have multiple families. The host is so great to work with and very responsive. We had a random fan request and they responded and provided right away. When we go back to purgatory we’ll stay here again!

This was the perfect spot right on the bunny hill for our first time skiers. We could easily come in for a break and have groups go back out. Wonderful location and beautiful property. We have already booked next year.

Beautiful place right next to the bunny slope

Wonderful stay for our family....we are locals having a staycation! The property is located immediately next to the street and the bunny slope. It was great for our little dude learning to ski and get back to the condo quick but not so great as the hot tub overlooks the parking lot for the resort. There is no privacy for the hottub until later in the evening when everyone has gone home. Other than that oversight on our part for location or tricky photography options on the website it was a lovely stay!

Beautiful townhome directly on the slopes. The location was perfect. Local city market in Durango delivered groceries right to our doorstep. Would definitely stay here again.
