City Express by Marriott Durango
"Lot of potential, when you're tired and get a room you expect peace and quiet. For my husband and I, that was not the case. The fire alarm was on practically all night. I called front desk at 1:30 a.m. so they would take care of it. It was 4 a.m. and the alarm didn't get turn off. I woke up more tired and exhausted than I came in. Really sad experience considering su h a nice property. 😕 😔 I complained to the front desk in the morning, instead of offering an apology I got excuses. NOT WHAT I EXPECTED, VERY Dissapointed."
