Important Notes:
4WD/AWD required November–March
E-signed rental agreement required within 72 hours of booking
$500 security deposit hold collected by host 2 days prior to arrival
Pets permitted with host approval ($100 per pet, max 2). Pet addendum required.
No recreational lake access (HOA restriction).

House is located in bear country. Please do not leave food in your vehicles or anywhere outside. Please note that you will be staying at a high altitude environment, elevation is ~8800 ft. Take it easy when you arrive and check the weather for Purgatory Resort which can be much different than the town of Durango.
