Over all the hotel wasn’t to bad. It definitely could have been cleaner.. When you walked in, it sort of smelt like smoke, which seemed weird to me since there really isn’t smoking allowed. Once you went upstairs the smell trailed off but we did notice that they could use some upgrading. Our room wasn’t to bad. The bathroom was definitely cut small. When taking a shower the water pressure wasn’t that great, and the shower curtains kept coming in to where they hung in the middle so of course water got on the floor which was cleaned. The bed was ok, but there were stains on our blankets which grossed me out. Over all at least the room didn’t stink, and we weren’t bothered. Definitely didn’t feel it was worth the price paid for, but considering it was Memorial Day weekend, I suppose I can understand. Convince was great as far as being close to everything fast food wise.

First night was peaceful - breakfast was good - second night wasn’t good Dog barking/people talking loudly next door until after 10:45 pm - woke to dog barking / loud talking again at 5:30 am Bathroom door didn’t close - The closed door to room lit up the room with hallway light which allowed all of the noise from hallway to sound like it was in our room

Good but not so good

We were greeted by a friendly front desk person. Room and hallway had wear and tear the hall carpet was dirty and torn This morning the Breakfast hostess wasn’t having a good morning. She was rude and abrupt. Eggs were cold, no meat, no hard boiled eggs no juice and the waffle machine had a spill of milk. She told me but I didn’t understand what she was saying. All in all it’s not the end of the world but not Quility Inn standard.

Decent enough to get rest

Lots of room. There was a smell but not so bad that it was overwhelming. Was disappointed that breakfast closed before it was supposed to.

The only thing I didn't like was a lack of cocoa mix at the breakfast buffet, otherwise the breakfast selection was great. Fruit cups, yogurt, cereal, waffles, hard boiled eggs, sausage,and pastries of all kinds. They probably had some other things to that I didn't pay attention to. The property looked as though it had been newly renovated and painted. The staff was very friendly and , quick to respond to customers.

Great value, little worn

The hotel was a great value for the price. It could use some minor cosmetic repairs but was clean and staff was friendly (although not professionally dressed or in any kind of uniform). We stay at this location whenever we are in Kingsport and I would certainly recommend it.

Very reasonable price. The hotel is not modern or new, but the hotel is very clean and the staff are super nice. Yes I would recommend!

Building is poorly kept up, flooring and trim in elevator are very, bad carpet in building is worn out, pipes in wall bang very loud the whole-time shower is running. Room wasn't clean there was a sock and trash under bed. Building is poorly managed which will eventually lead to more problems.
