was aware of no elevators but was given upstairs rooms that my 83 year old mother could not climb. They refused to change to ground floor because of how I booked. I was never made aware of room selection other than type of room ie # of beds.

Hi Don, I'm very sorry you were unhappy with your stay, we truly wish to make all of our guests happy. Unfortunately when reservations are made by a third party travel agency, our system actually prevents us from changing the room type. I hate that our hands are tied in these situations, and I have contacted these third party agencies to ask them to make changes, to try to prevent guests from booking room types located only on the second floor without knowing. I sincerely apologize.

The pool was clean and well kept. The carpet in room was not clean. I walked around barefoot first day and bottoms of feet were black. I was shocked. I wore my shoes after that. Staff was extremely nice. Beds were clean. Toilet tissue holder was falling out of wall.

1st room was dirty with pet hair, changed rooms to a room where the tub and sink didn’t drain. Towels were dirty and had to get new ones from office. Cigarette smell was terrible. The a/c smelled stale and was loud. Ice machine was nasty.

1.Stall went out there way to assist & very friendly, room smelled cleaned always & rooms very clean. When got back from breakfast provided by hotel which is excellent staff had already completed clean room. Pillows on bed was cuddly. The way I was treated & the cleaniness of rooms has made me decide to stay no ware as but the RED ROOF INN 2. I went to TN for my son's wedding. For thier gift I got them a gift at a hotel in Johnson City pillow top bed, view, hot top. He said the room smelled of sewage. I paid close to $200 for 1 night there. It was rated as a 5 star. Where I stayed was only $ 128 for 2 nights and 3 star. Where I stayed should be a 5 star

The best of three hotels I stayed at while traveling across country! All the staff (even just in passing) were polite and made me feel welcomed there. The room was very clean and comfortable & the neighborhood was nice with great views from the hotel
