Our stylish three-bedroom apartment is just a 10-minute walk from the Old Town. With two double bedrooms, a single bedroom with an additional pull-out sofa for 1, and 1.5 bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to six guests. Enjoy sea views from two balconies with dining table, and make use of the full kitchen and dining room. Ideal for exploring the city's attractions, it offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your stay.

Amenities include: TV with satellite channels, AC (living room and one bedroom), free WIFI, full kitchen, stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, bathroom with a shower, additional half bathroom with a toilet, washing machine, iron and ironing board, safety box.

Ploče is a calm neighborhood in the heart of Dubrovnik. The apartment can be approached from the upper road walking 106 steps down, or from the bottom road walking 50 steps up. Old Town is approximately 10 minutes walk down the hill, for return trip it is recommended taking a taxi from Pile or Ploče gate, taxi ride would cost ca. 8 EUR.

Please note: the apartment is located within Dubrovnik’s Special Traffic Regulation Zone, introduced in June 2025. Arrival by private car is not possible, as vehicle access is restricted in this area.

This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 15:00, or earlier in case the apartment has been cleaned before. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare the apartment for you on time. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 15:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet feel free to leave your luggage at our reception, located at Ivana Matijaševića 14 street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you.
In order to receive your entrance code it is important that you fill out our PreCheck-in form which will be sent to you automatically several times before your arrival.
