"The hotel seemed to have undergone a few upgrades, but there were definitely signs of wear and tear like holes in the wall from the towel racks. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner—there was hair from a previous guest in the shower and on the toilet. There was a lot of dust on the Kleenex holder. "

"A/C was broken, refrigerator was nasty and leaking so bad I almost slipped and fell, the bed next to the window had a piece of the head board broken. I took pictures and showed the lady at the front desk. I didn't even stay 30 minutes after checking in and she assured me that I'd be refunded my money but it's been a week and they still charged me. "Honesty would be good. I asked for a room on the first floor, there was the claim made there were none. I went out for a late dinner and observed SEVERAL rooms available on the first floor, the property was “lightly attended”. Wasn’t sure about Wi-Fi as there wasn’t anything mentioned at check in. I did have plenty of pillows and didn’t have to provide my own toiletries, this was a plus. Considering this was a short stay, from appearance, they still have a long way to go in providing better service and better amenities. There is work in progress."
