When I booked this room I specified we needed two queens abd a sleeper sofa for 5 guest,no sleeper sofa when we got to the room and the frount desk just told me sorry and thats it,no what can we do to make it right or anything. One of my guest had to sleep. On my couch. And never will use this hotel chain or this booking site again it is a joke

The air conditioner in our first room was freezing. The controls were broken and could not be adjusted. They made bed to another room which was a little warmer…but the ac controls still did not work. A sign GR said they were controlled remotely. The second room was a downgrade from suite…..waiting for a refund ….lol

We booked a King Room, but when we arrived we were told that all there were no King rooms available. WE CANCELLED THE RESERVATION BUT WAS CHARGED ANY WAY BY TRAVELOCITY. The hotel agreed to cancel without charge because they could not accommodate our reservation.
