ممتازة ونظيف

الإقامة كانت جدا رائعة، اشكر الاستاذ نعمان على حسن تعاونه واحترافيته. الشقة بشكل عام مريحة جدا والأثاث نظيف ومطله على برج خليفة. الموقع امامة جميع الخدمات التي قد تحتاجها من سوبرماركت، صيدلية، مطاعم.. الخ ملاحظتي البسيطة يفضل ان يتم اضافة خدمة تنظيف الغرف مجاني مثلا كل يومين وايضا إضافة سلبرات في الغرف.

Just Don't Do it!!!

I booked a balcony room and ended up getting a room with no view, check in was terrible. third party company has to proof your stay and if you check in later then you might not be able to check into your room til they respond which will take anywhere between 1-2 hours. bathroom were leaking water.

Not the best experience

Overall the stay was bad. The check in was done three hours late, they changed at the las minute the unit that we had booked, the beds are hard, the plumbing has issues as the water drain out of the showers, and the cleanliness is very disappointing. Even though management was attentive and tried to fix some of the issues I was never given more than an apology; no real solution was made available.

The appartment was very clean, very nice and you always have a look at the burj khalifa. The rooms are big and I would book it again!
