Nice hotel, clean, friendly staff but sleep quality is poor due to very loud road and building site next to the hotel - the site and road are just 24/7 so there’s no respite during the night. The give away is the earplugs on the bedside table! The hotel is great for the mall and downtown.

The room was beautifully decorated and of course clean when we were able to check in to it. Being able to use the showers on the second floor was very helpful after a long flight from New York, before the room was ready. Hari was very welcoming and helpful from the first to the last day. The steam room was a nice amenity especially when temperatures dropped a bit and the poolside was cold for us. Once morning we had some of the turmeric shot which was very refreshing before a long day in the dessert. Thank you for having us!

Wael at the front desk was extremely helpful. The staff at the dining room, pool restaurant and pool attendants were just marvelous. This hotel is three blocks away from the Dubai Mall - an extraordinary location. What a great experience … worth every penny!!!!

The rooms was spotless clean and the staff are very friendly. The only downside was the noise from the street very difficult to sleep at night didn't expect it to be so noisy even at night and early in the morning beside that everything was amazing.
