When I arrived, I had to visit the front desk several times. The telphone was not connected so thus I had to go down to the front desk. There were no instructions as to the WiFi code nor how to work the TV. When I checked out, there had no record of my Travelocity payment so they wanted to charge me the full room rate. There was no free breakfast since ther person responsible did not show up. I will never stay at the Hampton Inn Carbondale again. Totally unacceptable customer service.
