    Simple but ideal on a budget. Excellent breakfast for the price. Microwave available in reception plus vending machines. We'll designed concept with excellent beds also

    Access through the town centre and pedestrian areas was complicated and a better description of car parking in the underground area in the advanced paperwork could have been more helpful

    difficulté de circulation à cause d'une course à pied. Ayant réservé longtemps à l'avance et payé mon séjour, je n'ai pas apprécié ne pas pouvoir prendre possession de la chambre dès 16h J'ai téléphoné et je n'ai pas reçu de N° de résa. Je suis donc très mécontent de ce fait, inadmissible pour le client que je suis.

    Séjour à oublier

    Extrêmement déçu par mon arrivée à l'hôtel. Je suis arrivé à 22H30 au B&B de Dreux et personne n'était à la réception. J'ai sonné 50 fois mais personne n'est venu m'ouvrir. J'ai appelé l'assistance 10 fois via la sonnette à la porte de l'hôtel mais ça raccrochait toujours au bout de 30 secondes d'attente sans que j'ai la moindre personne au bout du fil : tout simplement déplorable !!! Heureusement qu'un autre client (qui avait son code pour rentrer) m'a indiqué la démarche à effectuer sinon je dormais dehors ! C'est la première fois que je vois un tel accueil, si on peut encore appeler cela ainsi ! Après m'en être plaint à une personne de l'accueil le lendemain matin, il m'a dit qu'il m'enverrait un mail pour une compensation financière dans la journée mais cela fait maintenant 8 jours que j'attends toujours son mail ! Cela m'a donné une image très négative de B&B, quel dommage ...

    Correct pour une ou 2 nuits

    Un des derniers hotels à avoir des chambres fumeurs : quelle odeur de tabac froid en rentrant !...Le patron a quand même consenti à me changer de chambre. L'établissement et le petit déj sonts corrects pour le prix. A noter toutefois qu'en remontant du petit déj (vers 8h30), j'ai eu la désagréable surprise de voir que la femme de ménage était déjà passée et qu'elle allait sans doute repasser car : plus de serviette de toilette, produit de nettoyage dans le lavabo, la douche et les toilettes, mes affaires personnelles bougées,.. -> petit manque de respect (ou d'organisation) vis-à-vis des clients

    Expérience lié à un déplacement professionnel. Le personnel est très accueillant Hôtel bien situé en centre ville mais très calme, pas de bruit de circulation. Bonne insonorisation vis à vis des voisins. Propreté correcte.

    un petit problème : j'ai oublié un vêtement dans la chambre le dimanche matin ; je m'en suis rendue compte le dimanche soir en vidant ma valise et j'ai appelé dès le lundi ; les propriétaires rentraient de vacances et se sont renseignés mais je n'ai pas eu d'appel, donc j'en déduit que le vêtement a été saisi et peut-être jeté. valeur 20 euros environ ; je suis donc déçue du service. nous allons une fois par an dans cet hôtel pour visiter un proche, nous aimerions un petit geste commercial pour y retourner.
