Perfect 48 hours, wanted to stay longer
Fantastic 2 days and nights at Lou Valen. Warm hosts that helped us book the right restaurants and pick the best activities. Felt like visiting friends. Nice pool with lovely garden surrounding the property. Completely renovated with new a/c and modern bathrooms and a wifi that works super well. Great breakfasts as an extra if you want. If you can, contact the Musee de la Prehistoire in Quinson and see if they run a trip to la Grotte Baume Bonne, a 2.30 hiking trip plus one hour to visit the Grotte and listen to the explanations about the prehistoric findings. Medium difficulty, our 11 year old son was fine but bring lots of water... Also, you should rent an electric boat in Quinson near the museum and visit the Basses Georges du Verdon, trip takes 3 hours-magical.

Family run Hotel in a small village. Clean and comfortable. Gave us a great restaurant to go to where we had wonderful food, despite parking the car was difficult to find.

Not good value for money, horrible rooms
Can not recommend this place, they really need a renovation and the rooms smell bad from mould and the place look worse than the pictures. We arrived late and didn’t even want to use the shower, and left as soon as possible. The staff was however quite nice
