Hotel concierge Daniela was fabulous friendly and very helpful! She coordinated spa appt with really good tech. Daniela really made our hotel stay very comfortable and enjoyable. She was very sweet and spoke English. Hotel grounds are beautiful and historic portion next to hotel. Restaurant breakfast was fabulous delicious! Restaurant dinner was good however it was difficult understanding menu in French. We enjoyed the local Provence wines and loved this hotel!

Once upon a time, this must have been a wonderful hotel, but it is no longer close to a five-star standard. The rating must have been granted long ago and clearly has not been reassessed recently. There is an overriding sense that the property is cutting every corner to manage costs, and it is evident that their focus is on the restaurant and local clientele rather than their overnight guests. While the bed and linens were excellent, the room itself was in dire need of renovation. The layout was awkward, poorly lit, and there were cobwebs. The furniture was neglected, watermarked, and faded—a far cry from the 'charming antiques' they pretended to be, looking instead like castoffs from a flea market. The bathroom was outdated and suffered from poor drainage. The surrounding grounds, which could be spectacular, are in desperate need of maintenance, with much of the outdoor furniture either weathered or broken. While the dinner was excellent, the main course portion was comically sparse. On our first night, we were relegated to a secondary room lacking any ambiance, rather than being seated in the beautiful conservatory dining room. This first-impression experience discouraged us from returning to dine for the remainder of our stay.

Nous venons dans cette maison de campagne de la maison Ducasse depuis 15 ans maintenant, nous n’avons jamais été déçu des chambres, toutes plus magnifique les unes que les autres, un personbel très accueillant et un service impeccable, une table remarquable qui a très injustement, perdu son étoile au Michelin. Allez-y, sans hésiter. Bonus, n’hésitez pas à faire un massage en duo dans le jardin, vous aurez un superbe massage de type kiné sportif dans un lieu magnifique

Arrivée à l’hôtel à 14h30, enregistrement rapide, les cuisines de l’étoilé ouvertes mais impossible d’ avoir un encas. Fort aimablement l’équipe Ducasse nous indique un snack dans la zone industrielle de Brignoles, pas vraiment le snaking au bord de la piscine dont nous avions rêvé, mais paraît-il le chef y pense et cela devrait se faire pour la saison prochaine ou la suivante car nous ne sommes pas les seuls à avoir fait la remarque. Piscine au cachet désuet avec ses matelas délavés par le soleil, sans service de piscine, prévoyez une bouteille d’eau! Serviettes de toilettes effilochées Rideau de douche à changer
