In the heart of the Var, welcome to the Domaine des Moulières in Callas, in a peaceful village, 15 km from Draguignan, between the sea (25 km as the crow flies - 40 minutes by car) and the Gorges du Verdon (20 km as the crow flies - 40 minutes from Trigance), you will enjoy an exceptional view over a typically Provencal village (Callas), and an unobstructed view as far as the coast, in a setting where you can recharge your batteries close to some remarkable sites...
You will have the whole of the house to yourselves, as well as the exclusive use of the swimming pool, away from prying eyes and noise. Not overlooked. Peace and quiet guaranteed. The particularly privileged position of this house and its swimming pool means they benefit from maximum sunshine all day long. Depending on your mood or the time of day, you can enjoy lunch in the shade of the mulberry-trees (with views over the village) or sheltered under the poolhouse with its adjoining summer kitchen, make the most of the garden furniture on the terrace, or organise a meal on the large mosaic table with its exceptional panoramic views.
The "Domaine des Moulières à Callas" is a large property of 7000 m² of terraced land planted with olive trees and Provencal species: thyme, laurel, rosemary, cypress, lime trees, mulberry-plane trees, hackberry trees, etc. Close to the village (10 minutes' walk), a pleasant path leads to the shops, including a remarkable bakery-pastry shop, a mini-market and quality restaurants. Numerous picturesque walks or hikes on the paths starting from the house, on foot or by mountain bike.
Our typically Provencal house is built using traditional materials, including Salernes terracotta, dressed stone vaults and antique furniture. For your comfort, the house is equipped with a silent ducted air-conditioning system that regulates the interior temperature room by room, both in winter and summer.
2023: our house will be classified as a 4-star "Meublé de Tourisme".

Beds and mattresses are new (2023), of high quality and protected (undersheets changed between each rental and washed at 60°). Beds are made up on arrival (duvets and 2 pillows per person). - Bed linen and household linen (towels and tea towels) are provided and included in the rent. - Final cleaning included in the rent. - Reduced tourist tax collected by the booking platform and paid directly to the local authority. - During the rental periods, the owners occupy another building at the entrance to the property. The distance between the two buildings guarantees total independence.
