"Overall, the stay was enjoyable. I just expect more from Holiday Inn as a whole. I know the hotel was upgraded, but the shower/shower rod was not what was expected, the bed was/mattress had a dip in the middle. I believe it may have had to do with the frame or box spring. If we have breakfast vouchers, it is against the policy to get Orange Juice "to go", or are we charged for it?"
