I was disappointed to arrive and find dirty bed clothes on the bed. But in fairness to the staff they were changed and dealt with very quickly once I advised them. And they gave us a free drink as goodwill gesture. Overall, I thought the service from all staff was of a very high standard. The service was very good in the bar and at breakfast and the staff very friendly. This was the most appealing part of my stay.

Staff at frontdesk and in breakfast and casual dining restaurants were all friendly and very helpful. We were given recommendations about placesto vist with our children and were made to feel very welcome. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends and family.
