Rent studio in the countryside, decorated with care, very functional and bright, furnished and fully equipped on the ground floor of our main residence, with independent access, 17m2, kitchenette (fridge with freezer, hob, sink stainless steel, micro- waves, dishes). Bathroom with stone sink, toilet and walk-in shower. Built-in closet. Sleeping sofa bed type BZ 140x190. Small folding table and 2 chairs inside. Large sliding bay window overlooking an independent lawned area with table and mountain view (Forclaz and Lanfon's teeth).
Lake 1 km (2 beaches nearby). Bike path at 400m. 15 kms from Annecy. Shops 5 minutes by car, 15 minutes by bike.
Country setting, meadow next to the house.

Un studio au calme dans un endroit merveilleux

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Le studio est moderne, propre, joliment décoré et fonctionnel. Le cadre est magnifique avec une superbe vue. Nous sommes restés du 31 au 02/01 et le calme, la sérénité y régnait. La communication avec nos hôtes a été très agréable. Nous remercions Olivier et Dorothée pour ce lieu fantastique et de nous avoir permis de rentrer dans le lieu plus tôt en raison du temps.

Pas déçu !

La propriété à 1 belle vue sur la montagne, le studio est sympa ,mais nous avons été surprises qu'il n'ait pas de TV . Cela s'est vite arrangé ,le propriétaire Olivier nous a prêté des jeux de société ! Olivier est 1 personne agréable, discrète et de bons conseils ! Merci .
