In Doucier, 300 meters walk from the center of the village on the road to the Domaine de Chalain, 700 meters walk from the beach of Doucier (sandy beach), comfortable house for 6 people, 95 M² and 40 m² covered terrace, view of grassy land of about 300 M2 + a plot of 1000 m2 for children, wooded and private, terrace of 45 m2 in covered wood opening directly onto the large bay window of the living room, very well equipped kitchen and two bathrooms, air conditioning, very quiet, all shops nearby on foot (250 meters), restaurant, butcher, pharmacy, bakery...

One pet under 10 kg is accepted. Please contact us.

The gîte is delivered in a perfect state of cleanliness and must be returned identically, otherwise cleaning fees may be deducted from the deposit (95 € for cleaning not including the cleaning of the kitchen, bathroom and toilet or 195 € for the entire gîte.

Linen is an option that is charged €15 for a single bed and €30 for a double bed on prior request one week before arrival.

Le gîte est agréable et spacieux. La proximité des commerces est un gros atout. Les points négatifs sont:- la pompe à chaleur très bruyante située sous la fenêtre de l’une des chambre, - le manque de rideaux/stores au niveau de la salle à manger (manque d’intimité et surtout une meilleure isolation en hiver),- le prix excessif du ménage pour ceux qui aimerait éviter cette tâche avant leur départ.

Tres bel endroit à deux pas du lac de Chalain, gîte bien conçu et parfaitement équipé, très confortable.Un petit point négatif néanmoins réside dans la pompe à chaleur sous une fenêtre de chambre un peu présente. Nous recommandons ce gîte pour son confort, son emplacement et l'excellente relation avec le propriétaire.

wij hebben genoten van dit huis, alles is aanwezig in de keuken, koekepannen mogen vernieuwd worden, verder top. Buiten heerlijke plekken om te verblijven op de veranda. Indien nodig snel contact met de beheerder. Een aanrader in een prachtig gebied.

Tres jolie region et gite tres confortable et bie.situee dans un environ calme.Nous y avons passé une belle semaine entre amis.Vraiment dommage que le propriétaire demande un Prix excessif si nois ne faisions pas les chambres en de la cuisine

Super!

Séjour dans un gîte impeccable, bien situé (Doucier) et au calme. Il a fait très beau ce qui a favorisé notre séjour. Donc, belles balades et découvertes. En cette période (fin avril début mai), beaucoup d'activités sportives sont fermées... dommage pour mes ados.

Agréable séjour début juin en famille. La location nous a donné toute satisfaction . Les chalets étant près les uns des autres, en pleine saison il se peut qu'il y ait du bruit en vis a vis. La région est splendide.
