Bright 42m2 apartment with superb sea view and upper town of Granville for 4 people completely renovated in 2019 in residence with direct access to the beach. Elevator and parking on site.

The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and a trundle bed that transforms into a real double bed in the living room.
The kitchen has a combined oven - microwave, a small dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine and a toaster.
The bathroom has a shower and a toilet.

We live nearby. We look forward to welcoming you and giving you some tips on the many things to see and do in the surrounding area.

The apartment is located on the seafront 50m from the Thalasso and the ice cream shop and 500m from the city center where you will find all the shops (supermarket, laundromat and restaurants ...)
You can enjoy the seawater swimming pool at low tide on Donville-les-Bains beach in season as well as the surrounding beaches.

Super séjour !
Une très belle location, bien agencée, avec tout le confort et très propre. Le plus : le linge de maison est fourni. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires, nous recommandons vivement. La résidence de l'Ermitage est un endroit exceptionnel qui donne directement sur la plage.

Appartement les pieds dans l'eau
Nous avons passé un très agréable week-end de pentecôte dans cet appartement très lumineux, bien équipé et avec une bonne literie. La plage est au pied du bâtiment. Le sentier de la corniche permet de se rendre à Granville en 30mn. Nous remercions notre hôte pour sa gentillesse et ses conseils. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation.
