Just steps from the town centre, this traditional house, spread over three levels, will meet all your expectations. Accommodating up to 5 people, this house is perfect for couples or families with older children. Please note that no pets allowed at the property.
You cannot fail to be charmed by this comfortable and welcoming house, ideally located in one of the most beautiful and historic towns of Brittany.
On the ground floor, you will discover a welcoming entrance, a cozy living room equipped with several armchairs, TV with Fernch and English channels, coffee table and non-functional piano bringing a touch of elegance. The separate dining room is ideal for sharing meals with families or with friends. There is also a cloakroom with wc on this floor.
The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. From the kitchen, enjoy the magnificent view of the enclosed garden, a peaceful space to relax.
On the 1st floor you will find two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed and storage for your clothes. One of the bedrooms has a washbasin.
The 2nd floor houses an extra bedroom with a large single bed and a large bathroom, equipped with a shower, roll top bath, sink and toilet.
Guests also have use of a washing machine in the cellar.

A return visit to this lovely house. The location is excellent and couldn't be more convenient for historic Dinan with its boutiques and excellent restaurants. The house is spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated with a pretty garden for relaxing at the end of the day or a sunny breakfast. The roll top bath is a particular delight at the end of a days sightseeing. Thoroughly recommend and hope to be back!

The house is filled with old world charm, tastefully updated. Very conveniently located to walk to medieval Dinan and to visit St. Malo, Mount Saint Michel etc. Very quiet street. We particularly enjoyed breakfast in the lovely, sunny rear garden. Diane answered our questions about the house promptly, and made our stay very enjoyable. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed very much our stay in Dinan and especially in this house which was a delight and ideal for our needs. We ate out in the town on several occasions but the excellent weather allowed us to take advantage of the beautiful garden and outdoor seating. A delight to sit there in the mornings for breakfast and in the evenings for an aperitif and on two evenings, for dinner. Just the sort of house we like and so no suggestions for improvements.Minor problems soon resolved by on-site manager.''

A great home just outside the walls of the historic city center. Easy, free parking near the house if you are arriving by car. Well tended garden in the rear is large and sunny. The house is well stocked with anything you might need. The beds are comfortable and the internet is strong. All the little things have been considered by this excellent host.

Truly lovely house in ideal location
This delightful townhouse is just on the edge of Dinan’s medieval heart, so is ideal for exploring the town and further afield in Brittany. We loved having the occasional picnic in the small walled back garden and enjoying the roses and other mature plants. As this is the holiday home of the English owner, the house is beautifully and authentically decorated with period detail. Nothing was lacking and there were even spices , condiments and oils, so frequently absent from French rentals. A real gem of a place to stay in Dino we would not hesitate to rent here again thank you Diana.

Pretty little gem in fantastic location in Dinan
This is a comfortable, stylish period house a very short walk from the historic centre of Dinan. We enjoyed the location, the pretty garden and above all the lovely roll top bath! Care has been taken in the furnishings, particularly the very beautiful curtains. It has everything you need in the kitchen, a cosy lounge and space to relax. Highly recommend!

Home from home in Dinan
Just back from an amazing couple of weeks in Brittany, of which this special property in Dinan was definitely one of the highlights. We stayed 3 nights and found the home to be incredibly well appointed with everything we could possibly need for the stay. It was very hot while we were there so having the garden was a real plus. Though we planned to visit more around the area, the property is in walking distance of so many fun things to do in Dinan we ended up staying there, seeing the medieval town, castle, ramparts, port and local park with mini golf. We will definitely return as it is a great base from which to explore wider in the region!
