"We had a great stay in this place. It's 1 mile outside of the Little Cottonwood Canyon. It takes only less than 20 mins to Alta or Snowbird. There is a supermarket (Smith's) 1 mile down and many hiking trails within 1 mile of the house. This means we can avoid the annoying city traffic while enjoy all the benefits the city can offer - beautiful mountain scenery, easy drive to mountains, and convenient access to the shopping center. The house itself is very comfortable. I enjoyed cooking in the bright kitchen and loved the clean style of the main bathroom. My husband loved the fact that we can park our car in the garage. He also enjoyed waxing our skis and grill food on the deck. The house is located in a nice and established neighbor(Granite). We enjoyed the suburban setting, which is so different from the urban living on the East Coast. The host is very responsive whenever we have a question. We'd stay there longer but the house was already booked by someone else. It's not luxury living but VERY comfortable and homey."

"We enjoyed the property. Clean, big, very nice yard. The amount of notes posted everywhere you look along with the security cameras all over the place was a big much…especially the camera pointed directly at the hot tub. It is a very nice house and Mary was very friendly and accommodating. Just don’t love the excessive amount of signage and rules everywhere you look along with the security cameras…just felt a bit over the top for all of us. "

"Beautiful, spacious home—perfect for our large family celebrating my daughter’s dental graduation. The house was very clean, well-furnished, and comfortably fit about 20 people. We loved seeing snow and deer in the backyard—it made the stay extra special.Parking was easy and convenient, which made everything stress-free.Terry and Nickk were excellent hosts—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Truly an A experience. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Had a great stay at a very reasonable price. The place was very spacious and comfortable for our group of 3. It had everything that we needed to make our breakfasts before heading out to the slopes. Location is very convenient to get to Little CC. The furnishings and finish on everything had a very new feel. We made good use of the washer and dryer each evening to wash our ski base layers and balaclavas.My only minor negative was that one afternoon, there was a lot of noise from the first floor above us (the unit is a finished basement of their home) where presumably the host had some guests over with younger kids that were very rambunctious. Not a huge deal and pretty much all of the rest of our stay noise was never and issue."
