The room was clean. The staff was friendly and courteous. There were a few things that need fixing in the room I stayed in, but over all it was equal to what I have come to expect from Hampton Inn's recently.

The staff Rebecca at the front desk was beyond rude and condescending. She had me and my husband in 2 separate rooms and tried to charge us again . I had to pull up my email to prove to her that we had prepaid. Also we are here for my hubbys business trip and they had a card on file to pay our associates room and she argued with us and said it wasn't paid and then all of a sudden she found it in the paperwork. We always stay here and have always had an amazing experience and now we are reconsidering staying here again . This woman has no business in customer service!!!!!!!!

The room wasn't the greatest. The Dresser /TV stand was in bad shape, looks like the door was ripped off and the bottom had wood chipping off of it. looked like it came from a trailer park. The bathroom had no garbage can, the shower fixtures were covered with hard water buildup. This was a handicap room so the sprayer leaked the whole time and the tub drain couldn't keep up. Disappointed

The staff were very nice, even with working on Thanksgiving. Breakfast was good and well stocked. Room was clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again when visiting family. The short walk to the casino was great as well. I wish there was a hot tub but that is the only downside. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and the weight room.

Although recently renovated, the rooms still had some noticable wear. Shower caulk seals had some mold, easily alleviate with resealing or deeper cleaning. Curtain was torn. Rooms located closest to the road was definitely more noisy. Otherwise the stay was good for one nights stay.
