Room was nice and big (suite). Beds were comfortable but had one blanket that was way to heavy to sleep under. AC and heat worked well. All smoke detectors and sprinklers looked functioning. Pool was nice and not over chlorinated as some are. Downside to motel was that the ice machine and vending were on the third floor and we were on the second. The soda vending machine was empty. We found only one elevator and with covid 19 rules were hardly ever able to use it in a timely manner. Stairs were our main mode of getting to room and back. Even this elevator didn't work for a small time in the evening. I noticed they had the elevator electrical room door was open and a fan was pointed at the breaker box. The deadbolt on our door did not align and engage with the door jamb. Since I have been robbed in a hotel before I always block the door with something else anyway but this lock should work. Breakfast was about the same as most motels with buffet and some hot foods , cereals, waffles, etc. Overall we would stay again but I probably wouldn't get a suite as we really didn't need it.
