Charming house between the marina and the beach in Dieppe.

La Marinette is an old fisherman's house located between the marina and the beach. The old facade and the 3 levels bring a lot of charm to the house, very well equipped.

The ground floor has been converted into a beautiful space, practical, friendly and warm. The upper floors are reserved for 2 bedrooms and all rooms are equipped with blackout electric shutters.

The house is located in a historic listed area, just a few minutes walk from the city center with all its shops and restaurants. Everything is done on foot (train station, ferry, beach, thalassotherapy center with its outdoor sea water pool heated to 28 °C, casino, castle-museum, and of course the famous market of Dieppe and Quai Trudaine with its catch of the day).

Kleinod in der Altstadt

Schmales, sehr altes HĂ€uschen ĂŒber drei Etagen. Schönes Ambiente am Hafen in der Altstadt. Das pulsierende Leben ist direkt um die Ecke - gut erreichbar aber nicht störend. Wir waren mit den RĂ€dern unterwegs und haben viel von der Stadt gesehen. So laute Möwen hatten wir noch nirgendwo!Das Doppelbett könnte einen Lattenrost vertragen, aber sonst waren wir super zufrieden ubd haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt

Emplacement idĂ©al Ă  proximitĂ© de la plage du centre ville et du port. En revanche la maison aurait besoin d’un bon rafraĂźchissement et d un grand nettoyage en profondeur. Les murs prĂ©sentent des taches et de la moisissure. Mobilier sommaire. La salle d’eau est petite le pommeau de douche ne tient pas. Le sĂšche serviette n’est pas propre du tout. A la cuisine le lave vaisselle ne fonctionne pas. On n’a pas trouvĂ© d’égouttoir. HĂ©bergement rustique. Le prix me semble Ă©levĂ© au vue de la qualitĂ© de la prestation.

Nous avons passĂ© un bon sĂ©jour chez Marinette, la maison est idĂ©alement situĂ©e entre port et plage, Ă  2 pas des bars et des restaurants Le coin cuisine/sĂ©jour est meublĂ© avec goĂ»t, jolie kitchenette. Cependant, le couloir et les chambres auraient besoin d'un petit rafraĂźchissement niveau peinture et un petit manque d’entretien est Ă  dĂ©plorer (poussiĂšre sur le meuble tv, sur les Ă©tagĂšres..., Ă©ponge et cotons Ă  dĂ©maquiller derriĂšre les canalisations des toilettes, lunette des WC branlante, lave-vaisselle hors service).

super mais arriver et départ problématique, 30mn a chaque fois pour chercher les clefs ou ramener incertitudes et attente sous la pluie. La maison est trés bien placé, port ,proximités,tranquilités, mais le ménage obligatoire (tres chere pour pas grand chose)et les rajouts font quasi doubler la location..reviendrons sous d'autres protocoles

Leider nicht so toll, zu teuer

Die obere Etage war ok, die Betten waren bequem. Die Ausstattung in der KĂŒche war gut aber insgesamt wirkte das Objekt eher lieblos, ein frischer Anstrich tut Not. Das Bad war sehr klein, alle Putz Utensilien standen dort reingequetscht rum, das Bad war nicht sauber und wurde aus gutem Grund nicht auf der Inseratsseite abgebildet. Wir wĂŒrden hier nicht mehr mieten, schade!
