Je crois ĂȘtre parmi les premiers locataires alors j’ai attribuĂ© 5 Ă©toiles malgrĂ© quelques amĂ©liorations requises pour les prochaines fois. 1) La connexion internet – et donc aussi la TV – est trĂšs instable. Difficile de regarder une Ă©mission au complet ou de tenir une visioconfĂ©rence. 2) La porte de la chambre arriĂšre ne ferme pas complĂštement. Pas trĂšs privĂ© comme ambiance. 3) Impossible de prendre une douche sans mettre de l’eau partout. La douche est trop petite (pourquoi ne pas avoir pris toute la profondeur de la dĂ©coupe du mur ???) et le rideau trop court. Le drainage n’est pas suffisant. 4) L’idĂ©e d’avoir un lave-linge est trĂšs bonne. Mais il faudrait prĂ©voir du dĂ©tergent. Autrement, ce n’est pas « idĂ©al pour professionnel en dĂ©placement »  5) MĂȘme chose pour le cafĂ©. Une belle idĂ©e accueillante. Mais le systĂšme Ă  filtre n’est pas pratique et encourage le gaspillage de grain. Vaudrait mieux un systĂšme Ă  dosette. Cela Ă©tant dit, l’accueil est chaleureux et l’endroit trĂšs propre. Avec quelques ajustement, cet appartement sera idĂ©al, notamment pour les professionnels en convention Ă  Eurexpo.
