I stayed at Days inn for Three nights in August. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned — I found dust on the furniture and the bathroom had a strong odor. and despite informing the front desk,making it very difficult to sleep. While the location is convenient, the poor service and lack of cleanliness ruined my stay. I would not recommend this hotel and will not return.”

We arrived late at night and had the king suite with sofa bed. Our sofa bed was dirty and had food crumbs all over. Nothing was wiped down. Very dusty smoky smelling room and dirty floors made your feet turn black. Do not recommend for family.

Place was dirty I had to clean the toilet and tub before I used it. Sink was falling off bout to break wall busted and coming apart Gave us sheets that had burnt hole from a cigarette or something guy at the counter gave us a hard time clocking in and clocking out. Disabled our key cards at 7 am day of checked out (check out not untill 12) and was tryin to get us to buy another night. And just overall rude, nasty and another back experience

Don't waste your time

My grandfather was traveling (with myself for aid) to have a minor surgery. Within an hr and a half, he realized he couldn't safely use the bathroom. I found food on the floor and the bed was less than spotless. I went to the desk to see if their was another room we could have. They had us on the 3rd floor (he's wheelchair bound). When I went to go down the elevator was not working. They didn't have a run with 2 beds that was handicap accessible and they refused to refund us so we could find a place that did. Never again will I stay at a Wyndham hotel. They've become horrible. I will admit I was not a happy person by the time I got to the desk and was less than pleasant.
