Room was much smaller than pictures looked. Door to the room wouldn’t even fully open all the way. Was clean but did not look well taken care of. Just not a comfortable stay, unfortunately.

No frills airport hotel with free minimal, continental breakfast. Sheets smelled of the detergent or chemicals they were washed in and shower had a crack on the floor. But free shuttle plus very good, friendly staff make up for some of the property's shortcomings.

Great place to stay before flying out for a vacation, only concern is that there was no parking, several of guests including us had to park along the curb, leave our keys and were told they would move our vehicles to a parking spot when it became available.. would recommend they not overbook their long term parking

The front desk attendant was extraordinarily helpful. I think her name was Maureen or Doreen. She handled everything very well - despite difficult guests while i was there waiting. She was awesome.

The best part was the lady at the front desk end I wish I caught her name. She knew I was tired and got me checked in so fast! I was only there for a few hours but I was able to rest comfortably.

Check in was easy and the staff during checkout was very friendly. The room itself was just okay. The bathroom is very small, the finish was peeling off in the tub and the fixtures were rickety at best. The tv had a loose cable, so watching the news or anything else was not really an options. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable and the pillows are very small and felt like they were stuffed with broken foam that had been washed and dried far too many times. There were three of us in the room but only two towels and one hand towel. Overall, not the best but also not the worst. The properties proximity to the airport and 94 is super convenient but next time we’ll stay somewhere off of Merriman road so that we are closer to food other than a gas station and fast food.
