It is close to I-275 interstate & is a well-placed hotel with an outside pool & a very kind staff. Stayed one night and my night was very comfortable.

Reallly horrible conditions, bathroom 🚽 I won’t wven go there, spider webs on the wall, it too the staff about 20 min to check is in cause she couldn’t find the reservations for the people ahead

Like that we could just walk outside of our room and not down a long hallway to get outside. The place was older and they were doing upgrades when we were there.

The room was nice. The bathroom was slightly outdated. The repairs need to be upgraded properly. Having said that, it was perfectly functional, except for the toilet, that was not seated properly. Onc I remembered that the toilet was going to rock when I got up, it was ok. Lol!!! The television was nice, but it took a bit to figure out the programming without a printed guide. The staff was very nice and pleasant. The breakfast was ok. Waffles, assorted yogurts, cereals, boiled eggs, coffees, juices, biscuits and sausage gravy, The eating area was nice and clean. I didn’t go away hungry. I was satisfied. The beds were comfortable, pillows were very comfortable, the towels were nice and fluffy. The room was warm for it being only 25*F outside. The side chair was stained, but I sat my small suitcase on it. I forgot about it until just now. Would I return, yes! Great value for me. Was it a 5 star hotel? No. It didn’t need to be. This hotel had everything needed, and I would recommend if you’re looking for an affordable hotel that’s pleasant.

Airport shuttle was listed on the website by travelocity but service not provided for my transfert from the aitport. I reached out to the hotel to hear that they do not provide such service. I was stranded, the weather was extremely bad, I had to book another hotel, travelocity never redponded to my request for refund. It was nothing but a horrible experience.
