I loved this hotel!!! The front desk people were very polite and professional, it smelled and looked very clean, the room was beautiful. I just wish that we were on a higher floor but other than that this stay was amazing.

The hotel was adequate however the room was not fully cleaned for the second day of my stay. I had to have clothes sent to the laundry and provide the bag of clothes to the front desk in the early morning of the second day of my stay. The clothes (a pair of jeans) was not back from the cleaners by that evening. I asked the front desk and was told that a third-party was responsible for cleaning. The hotel is now shipping the pair of jeans back to me. Since this is a hotel, I would have thought that it was same-day service or they would have told me that the clothes may not be back before the end of my stay the next day.
