The Westin St. Thomas Beach Resort & Spa
"Hotel was great and in the perfect area would definitely stay again just had some issues with the restaurants when we went on the first day a lady told us we were past the time to be taken for lunch (345) we were there are 345 and she said she had to ask her manager for permission. She seated us and then we proceeded to wait 45 mins mind you we were up since 3 AM traveling and got settled in around three at the hotel and we had our 14 month old son with us who we really just wanted him to eat. We ended up leaving with no one, helping us and order room service to our room and had to wait another 45 minutes for food. I would just think if you see we have a child with us. You would either let us know if you’re going to serve us or not instead of having us wait with no one saying a word to us not even giving us a glass of water. I had a similar issue the next night at that same restaurant."
