I have never been so thoroughly impressed... the cleaning staff seems to be perpetually keeping the property immaculate, the lifeguard is vigilant and can pull like ten people out the water at once if needed, Rita's pool bar concoctions (try the Dark Apple) will hit every test bud, Crystal's quick wit and operatic singing voice between bringing the next recommendation off the menu and climbing flights of stairs to close your bill keeps you entertained, and Lena at the front desk navigating several guests requests to get everyone out the door on time and happy. **Big note...just coordinate ALL your reservations, rentals, excursions, etc through the hotel.
