"Best Hotel. Staff and duty Manager very helpful. We as a family of 3 members were treated like Royalty/ were given free upgraded room/ Originally booked and paid from 19th to 24th April 2025 due to change in umrah rules in Mecca we had to check out on 22nd April earlier So we could perform our umrah in Mecca as new legislation would not allow forus to be in mecca after the 28th April and we were approved by duty manager Mohammed for the 2 day's refund. The hotel management will go above customer Expectations to facilitate what they could. Will always Stay at this Fabulous Hotel. Seven Stars from us. "
