"The staff was friendly and helpful. The one issue we had was with the air-conditioning. It was set way too low for our comfort when we asked them to change it. They said they could not that it was locked. We requested extra blankets and it took us five hours to get them very close to midnight. Even though we called several times throughout."

"Nice room, bathroom old, all taps date from the 50es! Housekeeping did a good job, breakfast buffet is good with some change every day! Front desk are ok! The hotel is on very good spot, easy to go out and walk on a street and be safe, closed from the malls! OAKLAND mall is half mile by foot"

"I liked breakfast, most of the staff was friendly, very clean the facilities I didn’t like that even though I booked a room that includes kitchen, fridge and so on, we were asked to pay separately cutlery, dishes and glasses, that is something considered as basic in all other options where people is booking a family room, this needs to be revised"
