"My daughter and I stayed here for 8 nights and had a wonderful time. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety for anyone to enjoy. If I had to stay in the capital in the near future ... I would definitely stay here again without hesitation. A big thank you to the breakfast team servers ..Your guys are awesome in greeting the guests and for remembering my peppermint tea with lemon every morning. I really appreciate that special touch."

"Rude staff at the front desk. Confusing naming. There are maybe 10 other buildings called Bali in the city. And once you get to the right complex there is no indication that the hotel is hiding at the back of the property. This isn't a particularly great look for a hotel. People that visit a hotel are likely to be there for the first time. The internet connection is completely unacceptable. Less than 1Mbit. Room smelled of smoke. Not happy and I won't be back."
