"THIS IS A 3 STAR NOT 4 STAR HOTEL.
We stayed during their off season and many of the hotel amenities were not available for use including the jacuzzi, pool bar, gym, and sauna which we were not made aware of prior to booking. The room was not clean when we arrived with stains on the bed and hair/garbage in the bathroom from the previous person. The door had gaps around it so noise came through meaning the vaccuming around 11pm at night kept us from getting the sleep we needed for an early morning tour. The pool was available but no bartender, and we found it wasn't cleaned daily as a massive wad of hair and brown liquid at the top was around for a few days. We also found smashed glass along the walking areas of the pool. Finally, it's hard to get a taxi to and from this place. The people were nice but I would not stay again. "
