"The property itself is beautiful, and the restaurants are excellent, especially The View, which had the best food of any dining venue on the property. Unfortunately, the service experience did not match the quality of the resort. There was a noticeable aloofness among the staff, particularly at the front desk. Interactions often felt indifferent, with little acknowledgment or greeting from employees. As a result, the property lacked the warm, welcoming atmosphere one would expect from a resort of this caliber."

"Hotel is nice. Really good location. Rooms simple with not many amenities. The staff at reception were not very friendly. If your room overlooks the square, be prepared for noise. Music kept us awake until 1:00 AM. Boom boom boom ! "
