"Each year on return, we notice less maintenance and upkeep. We,always have to insist on a change of room, they try give the same room on check in with view of ugly roof, blocking some sea view. However, they did upgrade the room, but it’s the fact we are at first always offered this room above the ugly roof. No washcloths this time, and upkeep was not cleaned throughly. But acceptable. Dining food, once again failed us. We end up eating out for the most part. Buffet breakfast is always a good experience, and we enjoy that each morning . The hotel definitely meets the needs of its members first , and weddings etc . Members with daily access to pool , etc means there are less beds for hotel customers . Some members will stay all day, every day and there are not enough sunbeds. Which is unfair for those on holiday during busier season. This Hotel is definitely not equipped for disabled, there is. No easy access to the pool for disabled if you want to swim. Most staff, are great, and we have our favorites who fortunately are always around during our stay. Overall, we love the views , location and easy access to buses and trains that run frequently, and the lovely be"
