"maintenance needed in room. Silver dollar size shower head. Desk chair was in need of repair. Biggest problem was I booked a king nonsmoking -accessible through the web site and paid for it at booking. When I arrived , we were placed in a King -non smoking regular. Not what I booked. Duty clerk said ..."
