"Adding breakfast is useful in Port Moresby, as there are not many choices to have a coffee/breakfast outside the hotel, i don't recall when booking if my room if breakfast was included, as i found out, it wasn't and had to purchase that as an extra."

"I normally stay at Airways buy it wascfully booked. First despite call the hotel In advance, the bus never showed up. The other hotel reps called the Holiday Inn rep and she couldn't be bothered. No customer service. Check in was chaos with 1 person serving and people everywhere. Had to go back to the reception to get the wifi code. Very disorganized. Getting the bus back to the airport was also problematic. I won't stay there again."
